as you can see this guy has a coloured name, means "lam" is not his right nick.
but there are two possibilities decipher his real nick:
1. apparently you are the host, so if he leaves your game you will see the "xyz has left your game" message. just copy his nick then.
2. if you upload the replay (http://replay.garena.com/) his real nick will be shown, too.
