You should have saved a screenshot of the error message with your Garena client open in the background, *if* you did indeed crash which I somehow doubt considering you spoke just before you left. Anyway it's a bit late to ask for unban 21 days after the ban was issued. Only 9 days remain. I think you can live with that.
