Unban Kim4ence (Denied ban)

Hello , Im his brother , we are both GM , i look his ban RQ , he is denied ( https://edhlr.canadaboard.net/hlr2-ban-requests-f4/ban-kim4ence-t8083.htm ) , but when he try to join the room , it says : You are banned from this room ... Can you unban him PLS ? The RQ is denied ... so .. PLs fix it ...

Actually, it was denied because the ban request was invalid, however, there was another valid one which is the one in the above post.
