hahahahaha this EU.GASER is the man he reported us for speakin non-english in a room and we got a ban of 1 day.

i just wanted to say " GG.MARS AKA GASER, U NEED TO GET AWAY FROM UR COMPUTER AND TRY TO GET A LIFE OR AT LEAST A GUY WHO CAN SATISFY U IF U CAN'T get A GF U POOR GUY"

as i knw speakin non-english = warn then kick NOT a 24 hours ban -.-!

We are working on that new rule, we will now kick then ban people for not using english.
You'd better be used to it. It will be added in hlr rules, soon. The flame on chat will be punished aswell. And I'm sure Gaser won't appreciate all this, he might increase that 24 hours penalty.

Apparently you didnt read the rules at all:
In the Europe Dota High Level Rooms we speak English in the main chat. All other languages might result in kick/ban. EHLR moderators are NOT required to give a warning before they kick or ban. You are supposed to know the rules!

You broke a rule and you thus are banned. That's that.

We have discussed the issue about kick versus ban in the EUHLR team. There have been split opinions previously, but it seems that we're now going to give at least a one-day ban for rule-violating behaviour in the channels if reported on the forum. You aren't allowed to break the rules just because there is no moderator watching the channel at the moment. This means you should count yourself lucky if an EUHLR mod is in fact in the room when you break the rule and not vice versa, because then you will most likely escape with only a kick or even a warning if you are extra lucky.
