There is such a player in garena.
Two things are possible here :
1 - he rejoined the game and u were tabbing ( happens sometimes for him to stay on the 1st slot he was in )
2 - Someone is using a name spoofer and u can see that when he joined the game.
Nothing is banable by this screen.
for the 1st thing nothing can be done its the same player after all....for the second...u need to post replay http://www.adotaparser.com/upload but if game started like this its not likely to see the real name cause u can spot it when they join. It says FENIX has joined your game and under it it says fenix136 has joined the game....fenix is the name spoofer and fenix 136 is the real acc....but u can detect that when the player joins in.
