Because room ban list has limited capacity, so if exp hackers are added there, there wont be any space for banning leavers. Leavers cause much more troubles for hlr players, so we decided to ban them on first place. Yet, once room ban lists are extended, we will start banning them asap. Also, global ban system will be used. The bad thing is, we requested that long time ago, but admins in singapore are still working on it somehow. Well, thats all.
