yes i did but its not a "excuse" in lebanon we have a 3 hour shortage per day
but i always try to minimize the probability of it happening while im playing for example it either cuts off from 6-9 9-12 12-3 3-6 so i try to avoid playing in a time interval less that 2 hours

Well gee. If you don't think he left on purpose it's kind of unnecessary to report him don't you think? Leaving is always bannable yes, but only if it's on purpose. The problem is that it's very difficult for us to know if it's on purpose or not, so please try to give us as little headache as possible. Do you withdraw your ban request then?

No, I don't think you deserve your ban 1_HeSoKa_1. But all the same I have to mark that we aren't judges of who deserves this or that, but judges of the EUHLR rules. Does that mean I think the rule is stupid? No. because it would be even worse if you made a rule saying it's up to each moderator to decide what someone deserves, because then everything called fairness, equality and justice would be kissgoodbye. It's only a day. You can live with it.

i know hesoka and he is a good player and you banned him for 1 day he says its ok but ban is ban . there is 2 many haters in EHLR 1 i dont think i have Haters coz i dont play that much .

But you shuld ban everyone leaving the game is leaving the game . unless he give you a screenshot or something . but when he says that my electricity got overloaded and i cant prove it .

p____q: It grieves me when people speak like that. Of all the mods who have ever been in the EUHLR team I would like to see myself as the one least concerned with known and unknown. I frankly don't give a flying fuck if someone is "known" or not, if I may use such language. In fact, I don't even know who the so-called "known" people are except perhaps a few, because I'm not even known myself. I don't often play in EUHLR1 because everybody there seems to believe they are Gods at DotA, which annoys me a great deal. Every once in a while I do play a game there, and then I'm usually greeted with "who the fuck is this random". And that after being the leader of EUHLR for more than a year. Actually I find it quite funny.

No, this has nothing to do with giving someone special treatment. It's about trusting in somebody. If you have a power failure you cannot prove it. Does that mean you should get banned? Well, unfortunately some people have to be banned for it, if it happens to them often. Indeed, if I were to let ET-_^ escape with that excuse every time I would give him the impression that all he needs to do when he wants to leave is to say "power failure". I don't think he will. But the general principle is the same. It's one big headache for me, and that is why I would be very happy if people would avoid posting this type of ban request as much as possible.
