Ban Xc0m name spoofer

Hello,



In the screenshot, you can see the 9 players who left my game after it was finished. On the parser of this game, you can see that one of them is named "Neutral Creeps". Except from the fact that he fed the enemy team and turned the game into a 4v6, this player obvisouly used a name spoofer. By elimination, you can see that Xc0m is the one who were Neutral Creeps. He immediately left the room after I identified his name spoofer hack.
