I founded rule too: If you disconnect, you should provide a screenshot of the "you have been disconnected" message.

It doesn't mean that we have to unban you when you can provide a screenshot of disconnect. It is not hard to take a disconnect screenshot when you plug your cable or disable your network connection, so we also depend on the game situation to decide if you did this on purpose or it was really a disconnect. In this case you died 3 times in a row in less than 2 minutes, and disconnected right after the last death, so we believe that it isn't a normal disconnect, but consider that this is your first ban request, I will reduce the penalty to 10 days.

The ban request was posted at 16 Oct 2010, and today is 21 Oct 2010, so your ban will stay for 5 days from HLR4.
