Remaking rule

What i want to suggest now, is, remove those "7 minutes" from the remaking rule, because, even if there is some sense to have them there, it would be better without them. This will make rule short and clear.

So, the remaking rule as i see it now:

1. If the game score is 0-0 and game status is other than 5v5, you are free to leave.
2. If the game score is other than 0-0, and game status is 4v5, 4v5 or 4v4, you may suggest rmk, and, if in one minute there are less than 4 votes to play, you may leave.


Games with leavers will be played only if there actually are people who want to finish them, not just because rules say the should be.

I see that many people want to change it so that a 5v4 is remakable at any point (not just up to min 7. I would better see a rule like:

- 5v4 game is remakable up to min 15 (or 20, or whatever you decide) if leaver score is equal or worse than 0 3 and/or game score is worse than 0 7 for the team that is left with 4 players.

Rationale - when a game result is obvious at the point someone leaves, there is no point to continue playing that game on for 30-40 more minutes, better remake. Everybody who has played Dota long enough knows that a 4v5 game where someone feeded and left or overall team score sucks big time at min 15 already is over.
