Unban -ManaK^

I believe I have been banned unfairly and unapropriate judgement has been made by EU.Luna

I'd like you to review the request again (and check all the coments, I have said everything in there regarding why i should be unbaned or not banned at all if you like)

Even the poster of my ban request wanted to withdraw the request as he realised it was pointless in the first place (check comments in ban request please)

If I should be banned, I strongly believe I should not be getting maximum punishment of 30 days. And hoping for the best to get unbaned.

Thank you ever so much for changing your perception of the situation, a replay would be really usefull so I can make a SS which shows I been disconected and I get unbaned for sure.
I understand that a lot of people would plug in order to save themself being banned if ban request has been made, and I understand where you are coming from, however you should know better that 1 munute before game ends will not be tha case of a "plug" but genuin, garena/internet related problem. Anyways I forgive you that you made such unfair ban request as you want to help solve the problem that you created for me.

The replay will NOT show the "you have been disconnected" message, but will be of big help!

Anyway, as the reporter himself withdrew the report, I don't see any reason not to unban him.

As for Luna's decision: If YOU guys keep spamming and flaming the threads this way, you shouldn't be puzzled if WE don't read everything in there. Just imagine how much time Luna wastes of his life EVERY day just to keep YOUR room clear, by checking ban requests and banning people. There is really no need to make this job harder by forcing us to read tons of "UNSUPPORT, HE IS A FRIEND" what really is of ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST. We only judge by facts. If you want to convince the reporter, write him a message. If you want to complain about a moderator, write US a message.

Then it would have been a post with a SS, a withdraw by the reporter and a decision. Not tons of wasted time. Btw: easiest way would be, to edit your FIRST post and take back the SS next time, if you really want to stop the ban request. Then all this would not have happened.

And what I finally want to say: You guys are way to rude and insulting! Get some manners, if you want to acchieve something with your statements!

Enrique, I disagree with the statement you are making about the admins job. I think YES admin should read all coments and base his/her descision not only on the facts but on the witnesses' statement (as they would do in a crime scene - if i shoot 10 people and 100 people saw me but i threw the gun in your back gareden and police found it, they would just throw you in jail for life without asking people what they saw?) and im only saying this because people support not because i am a friend, but because they were in the same game and saw i droped 1 min before the end.
Ofcourse admin should read every coment, ofcourse they should take everything into consideration, you say they go trough a lot of work to keep room clear, yes of course they do (and most of us appreciate it and show respect) but this is their job which they choose to do, and if they fail to do so, they should be replaced by somebody who DOES and trust me by saying this there are enough people that do.
I agree that people are a bit harsh and spam forums with worthless coments, but hey this is a game forum, not politics. and btw I dont see how your post is helping the admins by your point of view. "spam" ???

Lets finish on a high note by saying, Admins should be paid by garena for their contribution, as they maintain number of customers who buy gold members only to be able to join high level room (because they are always full). Maybe you should look into that and work on some type of a comission, I think this way admins will be more motivated and make more accurate descitions. Danke

About that second part, admins chose to work, so they should do it appropriate. Totally agreed! If we want to do this, we have to do it alright, otherwise we are free to leave it be.
BUT I went throught this special request and the comments were totally useless! And if you guys do that all the time and want US to read it, then you must have lost one's marbles!

See, you are complaining about luna. Maybe not you specially, but someone was. Now let me tell you how the request could have looked like:

Report with screenshot, report edited, so no Screenshot, Luna's comment "Closed".

The bunch of useless spam is the point why luna missed the fact that the reporter took it back. And I still dont understand why the reporter didnt just edit his post.

So I thank you for your comment and for the fact that you are fine with our work and respect us. But if you really respected us, you would help making our work easier. It is no problem for US it worked uout this way. It is a problem for YOU. I for now read all comments in a request. Because till now there were only about two useless comments in it. As soon as I will be annoyed by them, I will also stop reading them and if YOU guys don't get that, then you will suffer from it, not me or my colleagues.

So see it as it was meant: a hint to you to help you.

You want us to read everything? Then tell people to not write useles and even insulting stuff and do not do it yourself. It will make your life easier. And maybe also us, since you respect us, a win-win situation, I'd say.

Remember: YOU want something from US! It is not us wanting something from you and as we work for you without even getting paid for it, you should consider wisely, if you DEMAND something or if you just ask us politely. Because we might easyly quit and there are not SO many people who would make this job long, with people complaining about us not doing it correctly.

Never forget, we do you guys a favor, when we read even the request itself, it is even a bigger favor if I read the whole thread, but it is exactly that: a FAVOR. I can stop it in best conscience...

And now we are filling this thread up again with stuff that could easyly be claryfied in PMs. But I hope some people read it and get that it is not only NOT helping but doing harm from time to tim, to spam ban requests. So please contact us and each other in easier ways. You can tell us about something by either joining our rooms and pm us there or just sending us messages via this forum. USE THAT FUNCTION, it makes our all lives easier!

Very wisely spoken, i must say. I totally agree with your point of view and you are totally right that people would spam with unesessary coments which are irrelevant with the threads, but I'm afraid this will not change anytime soon, because some people like to get attention.
I never accused an admin of not doing their job properly or never said Luna is bad admin, I understand and agree that mass spam might mislead admins into missing vital clues. To be perfectly honest I admire people that sacrifice their own time to help people they don't know to help them have a better playing enviroment and doing it all for free. I was admin my self for a while and it is very intense dealing with mass people (complaints, requests etc), and this is the reason I respect the admins as I know where they are coming from. Thank you for your kind comments, and I hope people read this thread and take this info into consideration when they next write a comment.

Anyway back to my threat I want to thank 168 for his assistance with my problem, and Barham please confirm the withraw of your request so I get unbaned quicker.

As we are discusing my situation, I have new problem that has occured.
I can not enter any hlr room, when i try to join a message with "unknown error" occurs only when I am using the account -ManaK^.

It is not from garena, as it works fine when I try another account. Hope it's fixed by the time I get my ban reduced/removed. Sorry for spam, and being unable to upload picture in here (i don't know how)

I must say, I am a little overwhelmed by your comment, as I am not used to people being reasonable AND even grateful for my walls of text. thx so far.

About the unban request itself: I think Barham made it more than clear he withdrwas his request, so I guess an unban is only fair.

About that error: It is a garena problem, we couldnt quite figure out so far. Some accounts have that problem, even moderators are affected! We do not know what it is nor how to fix it. All we can do is wait and hope that tech support will fix it soon.

No problem, and thanks : ), I just want to add, I was in EUHLR 1 with my friends account and a message occured -ManaK^ has been banned (when I was already banned) and there was not an admin present at the room when the message appeared. Ever since this "unknown error" appears, so i'm wondering if there is not someone who does this purpusfully in room, rather then error which tech support can fix. Hope it is resolved soon. and im not accusing anyone as I don't know the orrigins of this "unknown error"
