I also dont get it in toto, but I imagine you want an unban.

if this is right, then explain yourself. as I sense it, you are not banned ilegally.... then I think unless you explain yourself really fast, ban stays.

ban request to your old account might be helpful and I remember the name. but I will not be the one searching...
