Bug abusing..

is there anywhere says "Bug abusing is not allowed in game" or " Bug abusing is not allowed in main chat" or it's just saying "Bug abusing is not allowed" and i see its saying "Bug abusing is not allowed" and it doesn't matter where is bug made or in chat or in game its still not allowed.
And i got feeling like some one want's to prove that i'm wrong

I dont care what it says EXPLICITLY there, the bug abuse is meant on the game, as the "bug abuse" you are talking of is not affecting any one negatively.

I am not even sure if you can call it bug abuse! you can complain about it in europe section, feel free to do so, but dont do it in ban section, this is for ban requests only!
