| One point to make here - since the ban will be global, the admins should be a bit more forgiving when banning people. What I mean is some people do pay real money for Gold membership, solely with the purpose to enter HLR easily. If you ban them for having blue screen, you should probably unban them easy if they do not have history. Or people with first ban request should not be banned for max time, everybody can slip once...

| Well, i like this new style of bans but got one question for people who get Disconnected by Garena or because of lose connection or...etc, how would it be if he didnt Plug or Leave on purpose ? i think u have to reduce panelty for people like them but u have to study the situation before u judge,i hope u understand what i meant and study my request because this problem might happen with all Garena members.
