The title of your email should be as follows: [position] username (uid)

I'll explain the "not confirmed" part: We are going to recruit new staff, that's given. And the people we choose now will be the new staff. The only question is when you will be added. The community admins might not agree to add any new staff until the official forum is ready. When will they confirm? I don't know. Nothing is ever predictable in Garena. I'm awaiting their reply.
