Reason : My electricity got shut down in the middle of the night , and i didnt know what to do , this is my first time getting banned +i am known in hlrooms how can he report me !! My score was 12 kills and 2 deaths and then got banned !! LOOL plz Unbann me

No, nobody can leave just because they have good score, but often when people "leave" with good score they didn't do so on purpose. As far as I can see on that screenshot Scourge were in a huge advantage. For what reason would he want to leave on purpose? Don't report people just for the sake of it, only report if you genuinely believe someone left on purpose.
