first of all, he starts pulling kreeps downline sentinel THREE times failed, after this fail he starts following me ALL THE GAME, at ~5min steals reg rune from texies which i left for him, doing nothing all the game just following me, later somebody left, stolen all the items, even when we trying still to play he farms neutrals far from combat, its XX times worse than leaver

i have allready reported that player few days ago https://edhlr.canadaboard.net/hlr1-ban-requests-f3/ban-lc23-t4937.htm but it looks like he is EU.Colector`s minion,he denied request even lc23 broke rulles wich are writen by hlr1 moderators with reason "not enough for ban" like only leaving and afking is bannable,everyone forget other 14 rulles exept those 2,dono why :/
